Since opening in La Jolla, California in 1979, Tasende Gallery has endeavored to present the best examples of modern and contemporary sculpture, paintings and drawings.  Over the years we have worked directly with Henry Moore, Giacomo Manzu, Lynn Chadwick, Roberto Matta, Eduardo Chillida, Niki de Saint Phalle, Mark di Suvero, Isamu Noguchi, Wayne Thiebaud and Fernando Botero organizing solo exhibitions, sculpture installations, museum presentations as well as preparing monographs and film projects.

Our artists’ works can be seen in many major collections around the world, including MOMA, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Tate Gallery, The Whitney Museum, the Centre Georges Pompidou, The Guggenheim Museum, both in New York and Bilbao, The Hamburger Kunsthalle, and the Kroller-Muller among others.
