Statement

It has been brought to our attention that someone is  circulating a purported “International Art Trade Association Black-List” using, among others, FADA’s name and logo.

FADA has no knowledge of and condemns any such “Black-List.” FADA is not connected or associated in any way with the supposed “Black-List” or the individuals behind its creation.

THE USE OF FADA’S NAME AND LOGO IN THE
PURPORTED “BLACK-LIST” IS COMPLETELY
UNAUTHORIZED AND A VIOLATION OF FADA’S LEGAL RIGHTS.

FADA takes this matter very seriously and has notified its legal counsel to address and investigate the situation.

If you have any information that could lead to the discovery  of the origin of this so-called “Black-List” or any of its  organizers, please email [email protected].
