Jerald Melberg Gallery was founded in 1983 and features a continuing series of individual artist exhibitions as well as invitational exhibitions. The gallery represents artists from all regions of the United States as well as Europe and South America. Among the gallery stable are artists of such stature as Romare Bearden, the master American collagist of the twentieth century; Wolf Kahn, perhaps the most beloved and respected American painter of the last 60 years; and the estate of Robert Motherwell.
The artists represented by the gallery are chosen with extreme care, as we seek works of art that have a particular visual poetry, a spiritual quality and an inner integrity that transcends the everyday, regardless of being abstract, representational or realist. Jerald Melberg Gallery has established relationships with museums, corporations and private collectors across the United States and Europe.
