It has been brought to our attention that someone is circulating a purported “International Art Trade Association Black-List” using, among others, FADA’s name and logo.
FADA has no knowledge of and condemns any such “Black-List.” FADA is not connected or associated in any way with the supposed “Black-List” or the individuals behind its creation.
THE USE OF FADA’S NAME AND LOGO IN THE
PURPORTED “BLACK-LIST” IS COMPLETELY
UNAUTHORIZED AND A VIOLATION OF FADA’S LEGAL RIGHTS.
FADA takes this matter very seriously and has notified its legal counsel to address and investigate the situation.
