Lindsay Bio

Lindsay Cosby Phillips serves as FADA’s Government Affairs Director, leading legislative and government affairs efforts and working closely with policymakers, industry stakeholders, and members to advance key policy priorities. Lindsay has been with FADA since 2024. Prior to joining FADA, she served in the Florida House of Representatives as a Legislative Aide and District Aide to Representative James Buchanan.

Lindsay is a double Nole, holding both a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Political Science from Florida State University. Originally from Northern Virginia, Lindsay grew up in Sarasota County and now resides in Tallahassee with her husband, Austin, her stepson, Colton, and their two beagles, Riley and Sadie.
