Note: Sculpted in 1980, and cast for the projected edition of twelve in 1987. Number 7/12, and one of only nine cast during the artist's lifetime. Tallix Foundry mark. Excellent condition and patina.

For this work, De Lue has personified Arcturus, one of the brightest stars in the sky, as another of the artist's light-bearing cosmic forces. The plaster model for this is in the collection of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston.
